Contest Rules

The rules are simple:

1. Write a short story – between 150 and 200 words (2-3 paragraphs) – about your experience with Diabetes:M and how the app helped you overcome a specific challenge in your diabetes management. Longer entries are permitted.
2. Send us a photo of yourself that we can use to attach to your story.
3. Fill out the other required fields in our participation form – your age, country, and a valid email.

Our team will review all submitted entries. All selected stories will be shared on our social media channels and will receive a yearly PREMIUM subscription!
